Assisted Living at Spring Ridge offers the perfect balance of personalized support and independent living for those who would benefit from assistance with daily activities while continuing to enjoy an active, fulfilling lifestyle. Our licensed Assisted Living residences are available in thoughtfully designed studio and one-bedroom floor plans, providing both comfort and convenience. Our experienced, compassionate team delivers individualized care tailored to each resident’s unique needs, with services provided on a flexible schedule that promotes dignity, independence, and peace of mind. The following services are included in the monthly base rent:
Services in the monthly base rent for Assisted Living include:
- Chef-inspired meals daily, plus snacks (special diets accommodated)
- Weekly housekeeping services
- Weekly linen services
- All utilities, excluding telephone and TV service
- Planned social, educational and recreational activities
- Scheduled transportation for medical appointments, shopping, and outings
- 24-hour staff availability for supervision and assistance and to enhance your security
- Routine monitoring of general health and well-being
- Apartment maintenance
*If the services included in the monthly base rent are not enough to keep you living independently, additional personal support services can be added. We can assist in designing a care program to fit individual needs for living as independently as possible. The personal support services fee is based on the actual services provided and is determined following a personal assessment conducted by our professional team.
Our kind and professionally trained staff provide personalized support services on a flexible schedule. We encourage residents to do as much as possible for themselves. What’s more, our Assisted Living folks have ample opportunities to socialize, adventure and relax! Our Life Engagement program is built around our resident’s passions and interests. We treasure our chefs who prepare three meals (and snacks) in house, each and every day. Spring Ridge is more than just a beautiful space, it’s a place to call home.
